Shipping policy
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping all Custom Orders.
If goods are not shipped within 10-14 business days from the day you place an order to purchase the goods and/or you did not receive a shipping notification after the 14th day please email us directly regarding your order.
Goods are sent by USPS mail, UPS, FedEx, and/or any other local post within the USA or Europe. We will send you a message by email notification to tell you when we have shipped your order along with your tracking information.
You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.
Some bulk orders and/or packages are so large and heavy that delivery times may be slightly longer. Time for delivery specified on the order, if any, is provided as an estimate only.
We are happy for you to pick up your order from our on-site location. Due to specific COVID-19 guidelines and requirements, an appointment is required in advance and payment must be received prior to pick up.
FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED!
If you pick up your order from our on-site location then:

We will not be able to assist you with loading heavy items;

Goods will be placed in a no-contact pick-up area at the time of your scheduled pick-up;Â (More details provided at the time of request)

Goods are at your risk from the moment they are picked up from our on-site location;

You agree that you are responsible for everything that happens after you take possession of the goods, both on and off our premises, including damage to property of any sort, belonging to any person.
We will arrange a pick-up date and time with you at the time of your order. You must within 5 business days of being notified of the date and time, pay the balance of the invoice price prior to pickup.
You may incur a restocking fee if you fail to pick up your order according to the assigned date and time. Please notify Abstract Mind within 24 hours if you are unable to make your scheduled pick up.
Without notifying Abstract Mind within 24 hours, your order will incur a $5/daily holding fee for each day you fail to pick up your order which will be due once the order has been picked up.
